The Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce thanks you in advance for joining us at the Yachats Celtic Music Festival! We are looking forward to a wonderful and exciting show!

This is a family friendly festival and will include children’s activities and educational opportunities for all ages.
Vendor Registration and Cancellation
Vendors are asked to accurately provide all information requested on the reservation and waiver forms. Include the non-refundable $30 registration fee and send to the Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce Celtic Festival by October 1st (See address at left). Any cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the show date. The Yachats Celtic Music Festival Committee will confirm your reservation. Final decisions regarding participation rest with the Committee.
Set-up and Take Down
Early set up begins at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 9th. Tear down can begin any time after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, and must be completed by 6:00 p.m.
Vendor Space
Vendors are expected to provide their own chairs, tables, lighting and other supplies needed to personalize their space for the show. Electricity will be provided. Please specify the space dimensions and what type of electrical needs you have. If table rental is needed, contact Vendor Manager. Booth placement will be determined by the Celtic Festival Committee and the Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce.
Security
Vendors are asked to have a responsible person in their booth area at all time. Money should be kept out of sight. Above all use common sense.
Vendor Wares
All vendors are asked to use discretion when displaying and selling items. The Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce & Yachats Celtic Music Festival Committee reserves the right to prohibit exhibits if deemed inappropriate, different from described in the reservation form, or not in keeping with the positive, family atmosphere of the Yachats Celtic Music Festival.
Vendors are expected to know their merchandise. The Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce prides itself in its good reputation of quality and trust.
All Vendors are required to acknowledge, sign and submit the Waiver and Release of Liability Form provided by the Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce on page 4 of the registration packet.

Parking
Vendors may load and unload in the parking spaces next to the Yachats Commons, 441 Hwy 101, and in the loading lane on the front side of the building, accessible from W 4th St. just off Hwy 101. To serve your customers’ needs for convenient parking, please re-park on side streets away from the Yachats Commons building after unloading.
